The taste of sake : tasting sake
As your first experience of sake, we recommend a chilled apperative. In Japanese this chilled sake is called HIYA. Keep in mind that sake has slightly more alcohol content than wine.
Pay attention to the scent and fragrance called UWADACHI-KA, the flavor KICHOU-KA, and as it makes it's way down you experience FUKUMI-KA or an explosion of aromas.
