An ultra-smooth sake, a powerful nose marked by tropical fruits and ripe pear. A rich, intense Daïginjo, with a strong impact and a powerful umami. Good acidity and a fairly high alcohol level, as it is also a genshu, which adds to the overall feeling of balance.

A rich and powerful Junmaï Daïginjo Muroka Genshu.

姿 純米大吟醸原酒 飯沼銘醸(栃木県)
72cl - Alc. 17% Vol.

A relatively high degree of alcohol at 17.6% and good acidity for a remarkable balance in the mouth.

A Junmai Nama Genshu truly exuberant, rich, powerful.

姿 純米吟醸生原酒 飯沼銘醸(栃木県)
72cl - Alc. 17.6% Vol.

By the use of yeast 1801, Iinuma Meijo manages to elaborate this Junmaï (tokubetsu) on very fruity notes. A junmai with a very present nose, marked by the fruits.
