The Midorinoshima team
Niigata Prefecture
Established in 1767, Imayo Tsukasa truly began its history as an Izakaya and sake shop. It was in the middle of Meiji era that it became a brewery and devoted all its efforts to production. The factory is located in Nuttari, the historic heart of Japanese fermented products such as miso, soy sauce, and of course sake.
Imayo Tsusaka is today an emblematic and prestigious representative of sake producers of Niigata. Products are in the purest "tanrei Karakuchi" style, lively, dry, and thirst-quenching.

The unfiltered sake cuvée from Imayo Tsukasa Shuzo Brewery. Bright and fresh, with fruity notes of banana and pear. It is produced from the prestigious Gohyakumangoku rice. To enjoy fresh!

Unfiltered, sparkling, great vivacity !

福酒 にごり純米生酒 今代司酒造(新潟県)
72cl - alc. 15% vol.

A very special project by Imayo Tsukasa with this sake produced in Kioke Jikomi, in cedar wood barrels. The difficulty was to adjust the balances, without scarring too much. The result is very interesting, a nose with discreet woody scents and a rich sake with marked umami and a long finish.

A sake produced in cedar barrels

ひととき 純米 木桶仕込み 今代司酒造(新潟県)
72cl - alc. 15% vol.

Imayo Tsusaka Black, also named Junmaï Chokarakuchi is a super dry sake, very fine and straight, while remaining delicate in the mouth and easy to drink. It is proposed in a very elegant and sobre dressing, a bottle and its totally black label.

A very dry, lively and refreshing sake

72cl - alc. 16% vol.

Imayo Tsusaka Oysters has been specially developed to accompany fine oysters. With only 12% alcohol, this Junmai sake is very clean and relatively dry in the mouth. Its light acidity and rich umami make it a perfect companion with oysters.

Developed especially to accompany oysters

72cl - alc. 12% vol.

An original approach from the brewery Imayo Tsukasa that plays on the excellent reputation of this sake both voluptuous and straight. At a time when everyone tries to understand sake through technical information given by brewers, Koï is very mysterious, it reveals nothing!

A deliberately secret sake, become an initiate!

錦鯉 KOI 今 代 司 酒 造 (新潟 県)
72cl - alc. 17% vol.
