This version at 60° is very special as its distilling is authorised only in Yonaguni by exemption. The Hanazake is so ingrained in the local culture of the island that is used for the celebration of weddings and funerals it rejoyces in its special authorization for its production. It is recommended to be enjoyed as is, to taste or as the base of a cocktail.
