<p style="text-align: justify;">Kameman Shuzo is the most southerly sake brewer in Japan. It produces this beautiful fruity sake with tropical flavors. The nose is sweet, on ripe fruits. <p style="text-align: justify;">Kikka (a citrus flower) is Junmaï – Nama-Genshu, meaning there was no water or alchol added and is not pasturized. It has a fresh nose and evokes the taste of champagne, and oak wood. It is fresh and fruity, rich and gives great bitterness. This is an “Usunigori” sake, that is to say slightly nigori (or unfiltered), it contains some rice deposit in the bottom.</p>
