Lively and juicy on the palate, Hakushika Junmaï ginjo expresses a lot of freshness. It is round and unctuous, and thirst-quenching. The quality of the spring water is pleasantly noticeable. A good bitterness and lactic notes of yoghurt animate a clear and precise finish. A sake that is rich, clean and refreshing at the same time.

Tasting advice: delicate, pairs very well with refined cuisine, sashimis, shellfish and sushi. On cooked preparations, fish or simply prepared meats.
