Bottle of Japanese sake Musashino Junmaï Ginjo format 72cl

Detailed Tasting Notes: Musashino Ginjo is exuberant, on exotic fruits, banana, pear. Rich, unctuous, and very well balanced by a nice acidity. Musashino is made by Asahara Shuzo brewery from 50% polished rice, using the Hempesemaï method, "oval polishing". The yeasts are developed in the brewery and selected for their ability to give to sake a very present, floral nose.
