Shichiken Junmaï Daïginjo: a fresh, lively sake on white-fleshed flowers and fruits, pineapple, citrus fruits, apple. Soft and rich in the mouth, it recalls harlequin candy on a beautiful freshness. It evolves on slightly drier cereal notes. Greedy and quenching, the finish is clear, on more maturity and complexity.

Manrei Nozomi: a sake produced in Yon Dan Jikomi, i.e. a fermentation in 4 steps instead of 3. A technique that allows to have sakes a little softer and it's very successful here. Nozomi is fruity, suave, yet clean and very fresh.
Our suggestion on the theme of the aperitif: start with nice fruity sakes! A super net Junmania with Manrei Nozomi by Komatsu Shuzo and the beautiful Junmaï Daïginjo by Yamanashi Meijo, fresh and lively. Enough to make an effect with your entourage and start the evening under the best auspices.
