This monk was an amateur of sake, and passing one by day Saura brewery, he explaining his career and his intention to leave for France to teach Zen, and share with others his experience of Buddhism. The owner of the brewery created Urakasumi Zen, a sake whose label reminds Buddhist symbolism. Zen Urakasumi has to be enjoyed meals on the beautiful Japanese cuisine, sea shells, oysters and white fish simply cooked or sashimi. It is nice cool at 10°C than heated to around 40°C.
