A unique sake where the fruity aromas of ginjo become complex by the maturation in whiskey casks. It brings notes of maple syrup and vanilla. Always made according to the "methode champenoise", semi-dry, it is smooth and soft on the palate, the bubble is fine and foam nicely in the mouth.

For this sparkling sake, Yamanashi Meijo benefits from her direct environment and the excellent relationship she has with the nearby Suntory distillery with which they shares the water source. This sake is matured in casks containing Hakushu whiskey.
