Koi Koï Junmaï Ginjo: a sake with a floral nose, typical of Ginjo. It has refreshing aromas of white-fleshed fruit, melon, peach vines. Koi Koi is clear and delicate in mouth, a beautiful aromatic persistence on the fruits, punctuated by pleasant notes of orange blossoms. The finish is quenching and brings a lot of freshness.

Shichiken Namanama: an unpasteurized sake that restores intact the purity of water. A nose on fruits, apples and tropical fruits, mixed with lactic notes. In the mouth, a lot of freshness, a juicy sake, remains round and creamy. We end with a nice acidity, bitterness. A clear, supple and light finish.
