Discover the shochu through Kyoya Shizukuru and its original bottling. Located in Miyazaki, Kyoya Shuzo produces in small quantities and in earthen jars. Started on a sake rice base, the rest of the fermentation is fed by Miyazaki's red sweet potato. A blend is then made with a three-year-old shochu.
