Detailed tasting notes: Tentaka Organic Junmai Ginjo is made from Gohyakumangoku rice grown locally according to strict organic standards. The nose expresses strong fruity notes of apple and melon. The attack in mouth is round, fresh, we find the fruits on a good vivacity with a sake which is drier. The umami is delicately present and clean. The finish is clean and well balanced.
Tasting advice: to accompany the most delicate dishes such as scallops or grilled vegetables, sashimi. Its liveliness mixed with fruitiness is interesting when combined with cheeses.
Made from local and organic Gohyakumangoku rice. The nose presents marked fruity notes, apple and melon. The palate is round and fresh, then evolves into good liveliness with mineral sensations, rather rare for a sake of this category. Umami is present, the finish is clean and well balanced.
