About the brewery: installed since 1910 in the city of Himeji, famous for its egret-like castle and the quality of the rice produced there, Nadagiku's brewery comes from the former company called "Kawaishi Alcohol Limited". Having transfomed in a few decades from mass production to a tiny unit of only 200 gokus, or 36,000 litres per year, it is a return to quality that illustrates their work today, with sakes made solely from local rice and an average semaïbuaï of 59%.
