We advice you drink it cold and have it with simple dishes such as sashimis, steamed vegetables..etc
It’s very expressive on the nose, with fruity notes (apples, pears) , a rich sake with great acidity and a long lingering taste in the mouth. A very qualitative Junmai, that will pleasantly surprise you as it tends more towards the notes of a Ginjo.
