To make a return or exchange request and receive your return label we invite you to follow the steps below.

1. log in to your account area
2. Then click on "history and details of my orders"
3. Then on details and down to the page
4. Select the product to return
5. Enter the reason for the exchange or return
6. Click on "generate an exchange" or "generate a return".

Terms of return of products

Right of withdrawal and return of products

1.1 Right of withdrawal and return of products

The customer has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the items or withdrawal of all of his order to exercise his right of withdrawal and return the products. Beyond this time, the withdrawal will no longer be possible.

In the event that the Customer receives damaged Products, the procedure of Article 1.2 will apply.

Returned item (s) must be new and have not been used or consumed. They must be returned in their original packaging perfectly intact, all in the original shipping box or if the one has been damaged, in a cardboard of equivalent quality which will avoid any damage during the return. Attached labels and any commercial and advertising items that have been attached to the order must be included in the return package. Failure to comply with these conditions will result in the refusal of return.

Upon receipt of the package, midorinoshima.com will judge the perfect condition of the returned merchandise.

No returns will be accepted if returned items have been used, damaged, or consumed by the customer. To exercise his right of withdrawal, the customer can use contact Midorinoshima by mail to info@midorinoshima.com. To exercise his return request, he may also indicate his intention to return the Product to midorinoshima.com by declaring his return online from his account.

Midorinoshima will acknowledge receipt of the return request by email and send the elements to be attached to the return by email.

Midorinoshima.com will acknowledge receipt of the return request by email. The return shipping costs will be borne by midorinoshima.com who will send the customer a prepaid return label to affix on the package and any other documents to attach. The customer must then file the coli accompanied by the required documents, postal point or Chronopost agency. Midorinoshima.com undertakes to reimburse the returned Products to the Customer, subject to compliance with the above conditions.

Any refund following a return will be made via the means of payment used during the initial order, once the product (s) returned and within a maximum period of 14 calendar days. Refund will be made only for returned products compliant excluding delivery charges. Finally, in case of abnormal or abusive returns, midorinoshima.com reserves the right to refuse a subsequent order.

1.2 Case of non-compliant product or damaged package

Shipments are made in secure packaging, individually, or by batch, up to 12 bottles. Packages are insured against theft, loss, or breakage. We recommend checking their integrity at reception. If in doubt, make sure in the presence of the deliveryman that the goods are in perfect condition. In case of breakage, even partial, refuse the package in order to quickly trigger a re-dispatch procedure.

In the event that the product is delivered non-compliant (Product error, defective Product, Incomplete Product), the customer must imperatively make written reservations by email (info@midorinoshima.com) no later than three (3) calendar days following delivery, from midorinoshima and / or carrier.

In case of a return request for non-compliance, the customer must request a return agreement from midorinoshima.com.

The product delivered nonconforming may be replaced or replaced by sending a replacement part to the customer or reimbursed by midorinoshima.com upon receipt.

The customer has a period of thirty (14) days from the date of receipt of the items or withdrawal of all of his order to exercise his right of withdrawal. During this period the customer can freely return the undamaged Products.
