The 2015 International Exhibition held in Milan from May 1st to October 31st, 2015. This is an opportunity for many economic actors in connection with Japan to meet, on the site of course, but also on many side events. At the initiative of Geniune Education Network, we hosted a sake tasting, in central Milan.

After a brief visit to the Japanese Pavilion at the Expo (which we warmly recommend), up to the presentation and tasting with journalists  specialized in wine and spirits. 

Tastings are blind, each guest is in charge of recording his feelings on a tasting notebook, and do a sake ranking. 

Sakes are served in handmade tokuris for the maker Nousaku in Kaga (Toyama Prefecture), which enjoys this occastion to show their "savoir-faire".
