It is a pleasure to see Olivier Labarde and Eric Cheval because we know that we will taste good and beautiful things. Wine of course, but also from the kitchen. They love to discover noble ingredients, bring producers at their place, and the work of Eric is simply awesome. A friendly table and delicious dishes.
Olivier propose us to prepare a special day around Sake. After two phone calls, it was set, menu and the tasting order.
For lunch, we meet a table of a dozen of friends to run the evening dishes that will be served at "La Mise au Verre", the other address Olivier, close to the Part des Anges.
The menu: oysters from Monaco (yes, they do exist, they are produced by Frédéric Rouxeville and Brice Cachia)
Tasting: we have the classic set with Kawasemi, Koi Koi Sayori and Kikka and Yuzu liquor.
